4-year-old allegedly raped by Congress leader's minor nephew

A four-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a 15-year-old boy in Moradabad, UP on Thursday. A Congress leader's nephew has been arrested in the case. The girl reportedly went to the accused's place to play when the boy took her to a room and forced himself upon her. The incident was reported when she reached home in a dishevelled state.
