5,000 rare manuscripts from centuries ago discovered in Ayodhya

Nearly 5,000 ancient manuscripts dating from the 12th to 19th centuries have been discovered at Ayodhya's historic Achari Temple. Written in Persian, Arabic, Urdu and other scripts, the documents include royal decrees, land grants and temple records. Preserved on birch bark and copper plates, they will be translated and digitized under the Gyaan Bharatam Mission.
