5 addicted to cough syrup kill warden, flee juvenile home

Five teenagers in Bihar's Purnea shot dead the warden and a 17-year-old inmate at a juvenile home before escaping the facility, police said. The group took the step after the warden, during an inspection, confiscated their cough syrup that they used to consume as an intoxicant. One of the five inmates is reportedly the son of a local JD(U) leader.
