5 BJP workers injured in bomb attack near RG Kar victim's mother's residence in Bengal

Five BJP supporters were injured allegedly in a bomb blast in West Bengal’s North 24 Parganas district, police said. The area where blast occurred is located near residence of newly elected BJP MLA Ratna Debnath, mother of RG Kar rape and murder victim. The incident occurred hours after Chandranath Rath, a personal assistant of BJP's Suvendu Adhikari, was shot dead.
