5 COVID-19 patients die of black fungus at Indore hospital

Black fungus or Mucormycosis has claimed five lives of COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment at Maharaja Yeshwantrao Hospital in Madhya Pradesh's Indore, said an official on Tuesday. The number of such patients under treatment in the hospital till morning was 67. "The number of such patients in private hospitals is very high," hospital superintendent PS Thakur said.
