5 ICICI Bank officials, firm booked for allegedly cheating Mumbai hotelier

Mumbai Police's Economic Offences Wing has registered a cheating case against five employees of ICICI Bank and an assets reconstruction company for allegedly defrauding a city-based hotelier. Vishal Sharma, director of Hotel Horizon Private Limited, alleged that the accused bankers caused a loss of ₹120 crore to him since 2011 after he applied for a loan of ₹351 crore.
