5 jail officers arrested over viral clip of Moosewala case accused

The Bhagwant Mann-led government in Punjab suspended seven jail officials and arrested five of them, including Goindwal Sahib Central Jail Superintendent Iqbal Singh Brar. The action was taken after video of gangsters "celebrating" the killing of two rival gang members accused in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case inside the prison surfaced. "Such negligence won't be tolerated," said Punjab Police.
