Five workers killed, five injured in blast at Gujarat chemical plant

Five workers died and five were injured after an explosion at SynZeal Pharmachem in Bharuch's Saykha GIDC area late Friday. The blast, suspected during a hydrogenation process, ripped apart a reactor tank and triggered a toxic methylene dichloride gas leak. Authorities from DISH, Gujarat Pollution Control Board, and police are investigating the cause.
