5 members of family die from mysterious illness over 10 days in J'khand

Five members of a family died over 10 days due to a mysterious illness in Sikka village under the Padwa block of Jharkhand's Palamu. Other family members remain admitted to RIMS. Preliminary findings indicate that the family relied on traditional faith healing instead of medical treatment and had reportedly been consuming a type of ash for a prolonged period.
