5-month-old injured sloth bear cub rescued in MP's Bandhavgarh

A five-month-old female sloth bear cub was rescued from the buffer zone of Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve in Madhya Pradesh after being found abandoned and severely injured. The cub was rescued by the state forest department and was shifted to Van Vihar Bear Rescue Facility in Bhopal. The cub was later placed under specialised care for treatment and recovery.
