5 offshore funds in Adani-Hindenburg case withdraw plea against SEBI probe

Five offshore funds named in the 2023 Hindenburg report have withdrawn their appeals before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) and will file fresh ones following SEBI's objections. The funds plan to refile within two days. The case stems from SEBI's probe into offshore funds named in the report, where it sought clarifications on investment structures linked to Adani Group companies.
