5 teenage boys drown while taking a bath in Ganga in Varanasi

Five teenage boys drowned while taking a bath in river Ganga in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, on Friday morning, said police. The incident took place at Sipahiya Ghat when the boys waded into deep waters and drowned, said PRO Sanjay Tripathi in the SSP office. The boys were taken to a trauma centre where they were declared brought dead.
