Around 50% of India's crude oil imports, which pass through Strait of Hormuz, are at risk amid US-Iran conflict, reports stated. India reportedly imports about 2.6 million barrels of crude oil per day (worth over ₹1,700 crore per day, considering Brent crude is priced around $72-$73 per barrel) through the Strait. Iran closed the Strait after US-Israeli strikes, Reuters reported.
