50-year-old man dies after getting trapped in Bengaluru elevator

In a distressing incident on Tuesday, a 50-year-old man, identified as Lakshman Pramanik, lost his life after becoming trapped between the elevator door and shaft wall in a commercial building in Richmond Town, Bengaluru. Originally from West Bengal, Pramanik had lived and worked in Bengaluru for over 20 years, employed at a jewelry shop in the same building.
