500 sq km garden of soft corals discovered in Greenland's deep sea

A special low-cost camera was used for the discovery. Researchers said the habitat, which sits next to a fishing area, should be recognised as a "Vulnerable Marine Ecosystem" under UN guidelines to ensure its protection.
