53-year-old man burns to death as passersby film the burning car

A 53-year-old Rajasthan businessman burned to death in his car on Wednesday as passersby kept recording the incident on their mobile phones and did not rescue him. The incident took place on the Kota-Udaipur highway when the deceased, Premchand Jain, was on his way to his factory in Anantpura. Initial investigation suggested that a short-circuit led to the incident.
