54-year-old man arrested with mephedrone worth ₹19.6 lakh in Thane

Police have arrested a 54-year-old man and recovered 98 gram of mephedrone drug worth approximately ₹19.6 lakh in Thane, officials said on Wednesday. During patrolling in the Kashimira locality on January 21, police officials spotted the accused moving in a suspicious manner near a temple. On seeing the police personnel, he started running away but was eventually caught.
