55 ghats to be lit up with 2.5 million diyas for Ayodhya Deepotsav

As many as 55 ghats along the banks of the Sarayu River will be illuminated with over 2.5 million diyas for this year's Ayodhya Deepotsav celebrations. Around 32,000 volunteers from Awadh University will assist in setting a new world record during the Deepotsav, an official said. Last year, the event set the world record by lighting over 2.2 million diyas.
