According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, at least 57 people were killed in an airstrike in Syria's Idlib province on Saturday, even as a United Nations envoy visited Damascus for peace talk preparations. The air strike, which the Observatory said was carried out by Russian jets, targeted a court house operated by the al Qaeda-linked Nusra outfit.
