5-year-old boy killed by stray dogs in Sangrur dist in Punjab

A five-year-old boy was mauled to death by pack of stray dogs in Punjab's Sangrur on Tuesday. The incident took place near a dump yard for dead animals in Behra village as the boy was trying to catch a kite with people in the area celebrating Basant Panchami. He was taken to hospital by passersby, who saw him being attacked.
