5-yr-old girl kidnapped, raped in Delhi; CCTV footage surfaces

CCTV footage showing a five-year-old girl being kidnapped before being raped in Delhi has surfaced online. The girl was kidnapped while she was playing near her house around 5 pm on December 21. The girl was found in a nearby park on December 22 morning. Delhi Police said that efforts to apprehend the accused are underway.
