6, including 4 women, killed after chawl collapses in Mumbai amid heavy rains

Six people, including 4 women, were killed and one person was injured after a portion of a three-storey chawl (row tenement) collapsed in Mumbai's Mankhurd area amid heavy rains on Sunday night. The incident took place at around 8.30 pm at Chawl No 5. One person is feared trapped under debris and an operation is underway to locate him.
