William Martin, a six-foot-two-inch man weighing 163 kg, sued his employer Stavros Niarchos Foundation Library in US and sought $4.6-million (₹39 crore) damages. Martin claimed his "crampy" desk was too small for his frame. He was given other desks after he raised concerns but was later reassigned old desk. His lawsuit claimed he "trembles" at thought of returning to work.
