6 girls hospitalised after rat bites at Maharashtra govt hostel

Six schoolgirls were hospitalised after rats allegedly bit them while they slept at a government-run residential school hostel in Maharashtra's Ahilyanagar district. The incident took place late Thursday night at the Zilla Parishad Girls' Residential School in Shani Shingnapur village. Officials said all six students are stable, while an inquiry has been ordered into the incident.
