Six Indian Americans have secured seats in the US House of Representatives. Suhas Subramanyam made history as 1st Indian American elected from Virginia and East Coast. The re-elected members are Shri Thanedar from Michigan's 13th, Raja Krishnamoorthi from Illinois' 8th, Ro Khanna from California's 17th, Pramila Jayapal from Washington's 7th, and Dr Ami Bera from California's 6th Districts.
