6 kids die in 2 weeks due to cold weather in Gaza makeshift camps

At least six infants have died from hypothermia over the past two weeks in makeshift camps without adequate shelter as winter intensified in Gaza, Palestinian authorities said. Dr Saeed Salah, a Gaza hospital director, said the cold weather wave has largely affected infants aged one month or younger. Gaza experiences cold, wet winters, with temperatures dropping below 10°C at night.
