6 new Zika virus cases take tally in UP's Kanpur to 10, CM holds high-level meet

Six more people tested positive for Zika virus in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur on Sunday, taking the tally to 10 in the district, CMO Nepal Singh has confirmed. CM Yogi Adityanath, at a high-level meeting with the Health Department, directed officials to ensure strict surveillance to check the spread of Zika virus. "People must be encouraged to maintain cleanliness," he added.
