6 of 10 most-valued firms gain ₹1.97 lakh crore m-cap in 1 week

Six of 10 most-valued Indian companies added ₹1.97 lakh crore to their market valuation between September 16-20. Market-capitalisation (m-cap) of ICICI Bank, which emerged as top gainer, rose by ₹63,359.79 crore to ₹9,44,226.88 crore. It was followed by HDFC Bank, Bharti Airtel, Reliance Industries, Hindustan Unilever and ITC. M-cap of TCS, Infosys, LIC and SBI however fell during the week.
