600+ participate in Kauvery BEATS Circuit in Bengaluru

Kauvery hosted the BEATS Circuit in Bengaluru with over 600 participants. The event featured six 200-metre runs and six fitness stations after health checks. Doctors stressed that exercise may not rule out risks such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, family history or heart disease, urging active people to undergo risk assessments and seek timely medical advice.
