60,000 people to try blowing away Hurricane Irma with fans

Around 60,000 residents of the US state of Florida have pledged to point their fans in the direction of Hurricane Irma in an attempt to blow it away, as part of an event created on Facebook. The category 4 storm has caused one of the largest evacuations in the US history and is also one of the strongest Atlantic hurricanes.
