60-yr-old woman dies after taking part in cake-eating competition in Australia

A 60-year-old woman choked to death during a cake-eating competition to celebrate the country's national day at a hotel on Sunday. She had been eating a lamington, a sponge cake coated with chocolate and coconut, when she had a seizure and choked. The hotel staff performed CPR until paramedics arrived and she was rushed to a hospital, where she died.
