620 people to lose jobs as Monday.com announces layoffs
Work-tracking platform Monday.com has announced an AI-focused restructuring of 20% of its workforce, which will hit 620 employees, CTech reported. Monday.com is shifting from a model focused on helping customers manage work to a model where employees and AI agents can perform tasks together. The Israeli firm's co-founders, Roy Mann and Eran Zinman, called it their "most painful decision".
