630-foot building-sized asteroid approaching towards Earth at 40,000-kmph speed today

A 630-foot building-sized asteroid is approaching towards Earth at a speed of 40,000 kmph today, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) said. The asteroid is expected to fly by Earth after 3.30 pm (IST), the space agency added. The asteroid is named 2024 JV33 and it is part of the Apollo asteroid group.
