63-year-old woman plays flute while undergoing brain surgery

Anna Henry, a 63-year-old professional musician from Texas, played flute while undergoing brain surgery for a movement disorder known as essential tremor. Anna, who was undergoing a procedure known as "deep brain stimulation", could barely hold a cup of water steady before the process started. The doctors asked her to play the instrument to test steadiness of her hands.
