67-year-old Hyderabad man takes NEET exam to keep promise to his mother

A 67-year-old retired government employee, Karunakar David, took the NEET-UG retest in Hyderabad to keep a promise he made to his mother. His mother was a senior physician who wanted him to follow her into the medical field. This was David's second attempt for the exam, as there is no age limit to appear for the NEET-UG.
