68 lakh voters deleted in Gujarat as SIR completed in 6 states

Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls has been completed across six states. Gujarat recorded highest net deletion, with 68,12,711 electors removed. The other states are MP, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Kerala and Goa. The data of UTs Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Puducherry and Lakshadweep has also been released. The data for West Bengal, UP and Tamil Nadu will be released later.
