683 kg of banned firecrackers worth ₹35 lakh seized in Delhi a month before Diwali

Around 683 kg of banned firecrackers worth ₹35 lakh have been seized from Delhi’s Budh Vihar area over a month before Diwali. Police arrested three men while they were loading firecrackers from a godown into a car and on a scooter. They had allegedly planned to sell the firecrackers well in advance at double or triple their actual rates.
