7 Bihar workers killed in rock collapse at B'luru quarry, CM Shivakumar vows action

Seven daily-wage labourers from Bihar were killed after a massive rock collapsed at a stone crusher site in Madapattana of Bengaluru South Taluk, police said. "It's the duty of quarry owners to ensure the...safety...of workers...The government will take appropriate action against quarries that violate regulations," Karnataka CM DK Shivakumar said. Many workers sustained injuries in the accident.
