7-day national mourning declared over Dr Manmohan Singh's demise

All government programs scheduled for Friday have been cancelled and national mourning of 7 days has been declared by the government over the demise of former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh. Dr Manmohan Singh's last rites will be conducted with full state honours, the government has said, adding that the Cabinet will meet at 11 am.
