7 dead, hundreds injured in jallikattu, manjuvirattu events in TN

Seven persons died and hundreds were injured in jallikattu and manjuvirattu events held across Tamil Nadu on Kaanum Pongal day, the police said. Among the deceased is a bull owner who died along with his bull after the animal fell into a farm well at Kambanur while running away from the arena at manjuvirattu event in Siravayal.
