7 injured in suicide bomb attack outside Somalia's presidential palace

A suicide bomber died and seven people were injured when a vehicle exploded at a checkpoint outside the presidential palace in Somalia's capital Mogadishu on Saturday. Police said they opened fire at the driver when he did not stop his vehicle for checking and people ran for their lives. More than a dozen vehicles were destroyed in the blast.
