7 new airports opened in 5 yrs in UP, flight ops stopped at 6: RTI

Commercial flights began at seven UP airports after 2021, but regular operations have now stopped at six of them, Aaj Tak reported, quoting data shared by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) to an RTI enquiry. At present, only Ayodhya Airport has scheduled flights running among these seven airports. "The airports have turned into 'air' ports!" SP's Akhilesh Yadav said.
