7 regional steel associations breached anti-trust rules: CCI probe

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has found that seven regional steel associations violated anti-trust rules as part of a wider probe, Moneycontrol reported. CCI found that these associations acted as funnels for steel companies which are being probed for anti-competitive practices. The steel associations include Jalna Steel Association and Raipur TMT Association, among others.
