7-year-old drowns in waterlogged pit in Delhi, body found after 2 hours

A seven-year-old named Rehan drowned in a waterlogged vacant plot in Samaypur Badli in Delhi on Thursday, police said. He had gone out with his younger brother around 8:30 am but did not return. Police said the family searched for nearly two hours before locals informed them about the pit. Subsequently, they pulled out his body from the water.
