70% firms prioritise commute connectivity in office choice: Report

Nearly 70% of companies consider commute infrastructure and connectivity important when selecting office locations, while 18% are willing to pay a premium for better public transport access, a CBRE report said. Poor air quality and AQI were cited by 50% of occupiers as a major infrastructure threat, followed by water availability and quality (31%) and waste management and sanitation (29%).
