70 houses, 130 acres of crop damaged in Punjab tornado

A total of 70 houses and nearly 130 acres of crop were damaged after a massive tornado ripped through a three-kilometre area of Bakainwala village in Punjab's Fazilka district a few days ago. According to the crop inspection report prepared by officials, work to reconstruct the damaged houses has started. As many as eight people sustained injuries in the disaster.
