A 70-year-old Malaysian man named Toh Hong Keng, who spent his life working in tech sales, has become one of the world's oldest medical school graduates. Toh repeated a year after failing a paediatrics exam and was required to complete shifts lasting 30 hours. He wanted to become a doctor after meeting two Indian medical students in Kyrgyzstan in 2018.
