70-year-old luggage retail chain Witco from Chennai shuts business due to COVID-19

Luggage retail chain Witco has announced that it has shut down its business after 70 years. "The decision to close down...wasn't an easy one, but unfortunately due to COVID-19 and the restrictions on international travel it wasn't sustainable for us," Witco said. The retailer which began its operations in Chennai, also had stores in Trichy, Kozhikode, Bengaluru and Kochi.
