73% MSMEs see lower transport costs with digital logistics: Study

A recent study by C-DEP & IIT Delhi revealed that 73% of surveyed MSMEs reported a reduction in transportation costs after adopting technology-enabled goods transportation services. This highlights growing role of digital logistics platforms in improving efficiency & competitiveness. The study also found that 95% of MSMEs also reported improved on-time delivery of goods.
