75 unauthorised rooftop restaurants in Pune get civic body notices

The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has issued notices to 75 rooftop restaurants claiming that business operations being conducted were unauthorised and in violation of Bombay Provincial Municipal Corporation (BPMC) Act. Most of them have been operational on terraces where they seek permission for operating them as restaurants and later convert entire terrace area into a restaurant, police said.
